Community Resource Bank is changing the way you log in to Online Banking & Bill Pay to better safeguard the privacy and security of your personal information. Previously, you signed in to Online Banking & Bill Pay using your Access ID and Password. From now on, you'll also use your pass image & phrase. Here's how this new service will work:
  • You'll enter your Access ID and click the log in button.
  • On the next page, your pass image & phrase will then be displayed. If you recognize your pass image & phrase, you'll know you can safely enter your Password. If you don't recognize your pass image & phrase when you log in, DO NOT enter your Password.
  • Your personalized pass image and phrase helps you know for sure that you are at our valid web site.
NOTE: If you have not yet created your personalized pass image & phrase, you will be prompted to do so before you can log in to Online Banking. If you are a Bill Pay user, you will automatically be prompted in the coming days to create your personalized pass image & phrase.
