Community Resource Bank, a $340 million community bank with offices in Northfield, Roseville and Cannon Falls is seeking a motivated detail orientated individual to join our team as a full-time Personal Banker (40 hours/week including Saturday rotation) at our Northfield, MN location. Candidates should enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment, providing exceptional customer service, and using a high attention to detail.
This position serves to deepen existing customer relationships and soliciting prospects to help in the overall sales of the bank. Personal Bankers are responsible for needs-based selling of retail and business deposit accounts and services including: analyzing the customer’s needs, opening accounts, cross-selling and offering financial solutions. Successful Personal Bankers will demonstrate excellent customer service and organization skills, promote bank products and services and is comfortable with proactive sales.
