Community Resource Bank, a $340 million community bank with offices in Northfield, Roseville and Cannon Falls is seeking an energetic and motivated Compliance Specialist (40 hours/week including Saturday rotation) to join our team at our Northfield, MN location. Candidates should enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment, providing exceptional customer service, and attention to detail.
This position will report to the VP/Compliance, Audit & Risk Management. The primary responsibility of this position is to assist VP/Compliance, Audit & Risk Management in maintaining a Compliance/Audit program throughout the organization in which optimum compliance is achieved. This includes reviewing internal controls, compliance monitoring and communication of the results for audits and reviews that are conducted. Additional responsibilities include, but not limited to, BSA/OFAC Officer back-up, weekly CTR/MICI audit, monitor and update Audit Tracking Log, responsible for fair lending reviews and risk assessments, complete BSA and OFAC Risk Assessment annually. Other duties as assigned.
