Credit Analyst
Community Resource Bank, a $290 million community bank with offices in Northfield, Roseville and Cannon Falls is seeking a detail orientated individual to join our team as a full-time Credit Analyst for our Roseville, MN location. Candidates should enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment, providing exceptional customer service, and using a high attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
This position will report to the SVP/Chief Credit Officer/Chief Risk Officer. This position will assist in the preparation of loan presentations for Commercial Lenders and Bank Credit Committee. This includes researching and analyzing customer financial information, compiling and calculating cash flows, performing ratio analysis and ensuring the credit presentations reflect all important borrower information used for decision-making and assignment of the proper risk rating.  This position is also responsible for accurately maintaining the tickler system of required monitoring activities.

Qualifications:
4 Year College Degree in Business Administration or Finance (or similar field)
2+ Years Previous Banking/Finance Experience
Strong Analytical & Math Skills with a Basic Understanding of Accounting Principles
Intermediate to Advanced Spreadsheet Skills
Detail Oriented
Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
Positive Attitude & Professionalism
Ability to Prioritize Tasks & Projects
Ability to Resolve Issues & Problems
Ability to Work Independently & as a Team Player
Excellent Customer Service Skills
