How to Activate Your Debit/ATMCard

Before you start using your Community Resource Bank Debit or ATM card, you’ll need to activate it. It’s fast, easy and convenient to activate your new card.

New Customers

Your new card and Personal Identification Number (PIN) will arrive separately in the mail. Once you receive both, you can activate your check card by doing one of the following:

  • Call the toll free number 1-800-708-7119.
  • Bring your card to a Community Resource Bank location and ask a banker to activate it for you.

After you’ve activated your card, simply sign your name on the back and start using it.

Automatic Reissues and Replacement Cards 

For Automatic Reissues and Replacement Cards, you will not receive a PIN mailer and your existing PIN will continue to work. However, you will need to activate your card by calling 1-800-708-7119.

  • Your existing card is valid up until the last day of the month of expiration.
  • For reissues, a new card is automatically sent out around the 2nd week of the month.
  • Please make sure the bank has your current address on file or the card may be undeliverable.
