Certificates of Deposit

We offer competitive interest rates and terms from 3 months to 5 years. Enjoy a guaranteed rate of return on your savings and the security of FDIC insurance. We make it convenient. Our Certificates of Deposit (CD’s) renew automatically at maturity.  All of our CD’s are available as IRA’s.

Individual Retirement Accounts***

An Individual Retirement Account (IRA) can be an effective retirement tool. Federal law provides up to $250,000 in deposit insurance coverage for IRA’s.

If you are changing employers, talk to us about an IRA rollover. Ask your employer to arrange for a “direct rollover” into a new IRA account with us, or you can do it yourself with an IRA-to-IRA rollover. Consult your tax advisor regarding the tax deductible status of an IRA.

Disclosures:

*APY = Annual Percentage Rate
Interest rates are established periodically and are subject to change at any time without notice.
Interest is compounded annually unless otherwise paid. The APY assumes that interest remains on deposit until maturity.
You will be paid the stated rate until the first maturity and will not be paid after the first maturity date if the certificate is not renewed.
There is a 10-calendar-day grace period after maturity to make any changes to the terms.
On the first day after the end of the grace period, the CD will automatically renew for another term of similar or equal length at the prevailing rate.
A withdrawal of interest and/or an early withdrawal penalty may reduce earnings. Fees may also reduce earnings.
**Community Plus certificates offer a one-time option to change your rate to the prevailing Community Plus rate of the same term.
You will earn the new rate from the date of change until the originally stated maturity date.
***Additional penalties may apply for IRA transactions. Consult your tax Advisor for IRA eligibility rules and your individual circumstances.
